Roy Mr. Anirban Ray...................for the petitioners This is an application for expeditious hearing of the Title Suit No. 670 of 2009 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Barasat. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that 22nd November, 2023 has been fixed for hearing of the petition under Order 14 Rule 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

In view thereof, C.O. 3229 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Barasat to dispose of the application under Order 14 Rule 2 CPC filed in Title Suit No. 670 of 2009 as expeditiously as possible but preferably within a period of eight weeks from the next date without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties expeditiously upon usual formalities.
