AB C. O. 3486 of 2025 Rahela Begum Vs Sher Mahammad & Others Mr. Sayantan Hazra, Md. Ashraful Hug, Mr. Samrat Chakraborty .....for the Petitioner. This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kandi, Murshidabad to dispose of Partition Suit No.67 of 2008 expeditiously.

After going through the order sheets appended to this civil revision application, this Court finds that after passing of the preliminary decree, the Commissioner was appointed. The Commissioner submitted the report. The report of the Commissioner was accepted on January 16, 2020 and the suit was decreed in final form on that date and the Commissioner's report along with the sketch map was directed to form part of the final decree.

Recording such fact, C. O. No.3486 of 2025 is disposed of.
