Petitioner Ms. Baisali Basu ... for the State The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application upon Ms. Baisali Basu, ld. Advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. Her appearance may be regularised by the concerned authority. Earlier on 20th of September, 2023, when the revisional application was called, an accommodation was sought for.

However, none represented the petitioner when the matter has been called today. No accommodation has been prayed for either.

The subject matter of the revisional application relates to Bagnan P.S. Case No. 430 of 2020 dated 12th of December, 2020. The records of the case reflect that the present petitioner was allegedly involved in respect of the damage of public property and also causing damage in a manner so as to attract Section 15/16 of the Petroleum and

Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962.

Having regard to the materials so collected and available, I am not inclined to interfere with the present revisional application, at this stage.

However, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach this Court afresh on the issues which have not been canvassed in the present revisional application. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 3716 of 2022 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any is also dismissed. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta.
