Syed Shamsul Arefin, learned advocate, appearing for has mentioned this matter for correction of an apparent mistake on the face of the order dated September 19, 2024. The expression "8 months" appearing in the last paragraph of the first page of the said order stands corrected and shall be read as "8 weeks".

The time shall recon from today.

The correction is directed to be incorporated in the order dated September 19, 2024.

The rest of the order remains unaltered and without any modification.
