Learned Counsel for the appellant and the respondents Union of India are represented through their respective learned Counsel.

Learned Counsel for the parties, during the course of hearing, agreed that this intra-court appeal may be disposed of by issuing following directions:- (i) The appellant may re-submit his pending representation against the impugned transfer order before the Competent Authority as per the policy in vogue and in turn, the said Authority may be directed to take a decision within 15 days therefrom.

(ii) The outcome of such consideration as per policy and in accordance with law be communicated to the appellant forthwith.

(iii) The respondent department shall file its report before the learned Single Judge on or before November 4, 2025 and registry may be directed to list WPA/19779/2025 on November 10, 2025.

In view of consensus arrived at, the intra-court appeal is disposed of. Accordingly, the appellant may re-submit his said representation against the transfer order before the Competent Authority along with copy of this order. In turn, the said Authority shall decide it within 15 days therefrom in accordance with law.

The outcome shall be communicated to the appellant. The respondents shall also file their report before the said date before the learned Single Judge.

Registry of this Court shall list WPA/19779/2025 on November 10, 2025 before the appropriate Bench having determination.

With the aforesaid and without expressing any opinion on merits and on maintainability of this

intra-court appeal, the appeal and the connected application stand disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
