The petitioner's application seeking transfer on self medical ground was considered by the school and No Objection Certificate issued. The school has, however, not yet forwarded the said application to the District Inspector of Schools for consideration. 3.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition stands disposed of by directing the President of the School Managing Committee to forward the application for seeking transfer to the District Inspector of Schools at the earliest, but positively within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. 4.

The District Inspector of Schools shall thereafter take necessary steps to consider the matter in accordance with law at the earliest.

The fate of the petitioner's application shall be made known to her.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Parties to act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
