The present writ petition of the year 2010 has been preferred by the petitioners praying for necessary directions upon the respondents to disburse the amount lying in the name of deceased Anil Kumar Das in the colliery and also in the banks to the legal heirs.

There is no representation on behalf of either side since the date of listing.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for default. WPA 18814 of 2010 is accordingly disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
