Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits he has valid Voter's Identity Card and Aadhaar Card to prove his citizenship. He renews his bail prayer.

Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits petitioner had made similar prayer which came to be rejected.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Earlier petitioner had approached this Court in CRM No. 7506 of 2021. He had relied on documents in support of his plea of citizenship. Bail prayer came to be rejected observing that the documents are not genuine. Petitioner has again approached this Court with another set of documents. If the petitioner had these documents in his possession he would have certainly relied on them earlier. This raised doubt with regard to these documents. Hence, we are not

inclined to grant bail to the petitioner on the strength of these documents.
