1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioners was rejected by the Hon'ble Apex Court on 08.01.2024 and the trial court was requested to conclude the trial preferably within one year. We are informed trial has progressed in the meantime. Under such circumstances, we are of the opinion bail prayer is premature.

3. The application for bail is thus rejected.

4. Trial court is directed to conclude the trial in terms of the observations made by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) 69 of 2024.

5. Parties shall communicate a copy of this order to the trial court for due compliance.
