1. The appeal presumably was filed in anticipating that the appellants may face contempt in not being able to comply with the order within the time fixed by the learned Single Judge. However, as on date, by reason of the order dated 22nd August, 2023, we have in similar matter extended the time to comply with the order of the learned Single Judge within three months from the date of the order, that is, 22nd August, 2023.

2. In view thereof, the order of the learned Single Judge is modified to extent indicated in the order dated 22nd August, 2023.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the appeal and the application stand disposed of.

4. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

5. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
