Present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 12.06.2025 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court at Kalna in connection with Mis. Execution Case No. 119 of 2025 under Section 125 Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that matter may be disposed of with direction upon the learned Trial Court to call for the affidavit of asset and liabilities and dispose of the matter expeditiously.

In view of the submission made this petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to call for the affidavit of asset and liabilities from both the parties and decide the matter expeditiously in accordance with law.
