Petitioner filed this application under Section 397/401 read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of proceedings in G.R. Case No. 5066 of 2014 which arose out of Howrah Women's Police Station Case No. 43 of 2014 dated 18.7.2014 unde Sections 498A/406/34 of the IPC now pending before learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Howrah.

Perused the application for revision.

It appears from the order dated 22.12.2014 that charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioner and others under Section 498A/406/34 of the IPC and learned Magistrate after perusing the materials in the Case Diary has taken cognizance of the offence. Since the petitioner is absent on consecutive dates, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the 4th Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Howrah for information.
