It appears that in the judgment and order dated 4th August, 2025 in paragraph 44 at page no. 32 and paragraph nos. 47 and 49 at page no.34 thereof, the respondent nos. 4 to 49 at the respective places appears to have been wrongly incorporated as respondent nos. 4 to

69. The same is an inadvertent typographical mistake. 2.

Having regard thereto, let the relevant correction in paragraphs no. 44, 47 and 49 be effected by incorporating the "respondent nos. 4 to 49" in place of "respondent nos. 4 to 69" at the respective places they appear in the judgment and order dated 4th August, 2025.

Department is directed to carry out the aforesaid

WPA 19056 of 2011 correction in the judgment order dated 4th August, 2025. 4.

Other portions of the order dated 4th August, 2025 remains unaltered.
