In 1st line of 18th Paragraph of that judgment erroneously recorded as 'the appellant/claimant is'

instead of 'the appellants/claimants are'.

In 3rd line of 20th Paragraph of that judgment erroneously recorded as 'present appellant/claimant as mentioned in the award passed by the learned judgment, of the Court of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Addl. District Judge, 1st Court Malda being MAC Case No. 126/2012'

instead of 'present appellants/claimants in equal proportion along with accrued interest being MAC Case No. 126/2012.

The other portions of the judgment remain unaltered.

Office is directed to make necessary correction in the judgment accordingly.
