1. Petitioner is in custody for more than a year. He contends there was a romantic relationship between two young persons. He prays for bail.

2. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer.

3. Learned lawyer for the de facto complainant also opposes the bail prayer.

4. We have considered the materials on record. Minor did not state there was a romantic relationship between herself and the petitioner. She is yet to be examined.

5. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

6. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
