1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. Considering the materials available in the case diary, the nature and extent of complicity of the petitioners in the commission of the alleged offence and the nature of the injury which appears to be grievous in nature and appears to have caused the death of one of the victims, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

3. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
