Petitioner submitted a representation to the Officer-in-Charge of Patashpur Police Station, Purba Medinipur. However, till date he has not received any intimation.

Petitioner will apply to the appropriate authorities and in case it is found that earlier years the same organization has performed Durga Puja, the legal administration including the police authorities would facilitate so that the Durga Puja may be organized at the same venue.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 22312 of 2025 is disposed of.
