The petitioner seeks waiver of the bail conditions imposed upon him directing him not to leave the territorial jurisdiction of Moyna police station except for the purpose of attending the court proceedings and to report the Officer in Charge/Inspector in Charge of Moyna police station once a week. Charge sheet has been submitted.

This Court is informed that the petitioner has been complying with the said conditions. Nothing adverse has been reported against him.

In view of the above, the bail conditions imposed upon him directing him not to leave the territorial jurisdiction of Moyna police station except for the purpose of attending the

court proceedings and to report the Officer in Charge/Inspector in Charge of Moyna police station once a week are waived.

However, the other bail conditions shall continue. Accordingly, CRAN No. 1 of 2025 is disposed of. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
