Sanjay Kumar Panja Mr. Uddipan Banerjee ....for the Petitioners Mr. Banerjee, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that being aggrieved by a restoration order passed by the court below, his client has preferred the present application. The trial of the said probate suit has already been started.

Accordingly, on instruction, Mr. Banerjee submits that his client does not want to proceed further with the present application.

In such view of the matter, C.O. 3734 of 2018 is dismissed for want of prosecution.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
