Mr. Chatterjee, learned additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submits that during pendency of the present application the victim girl was recovered and her statement under Section 164 of the Code was recorded. She was thereafter produced before the CWC, Purba Medinipur and she is presently residing at Snehachhaya Antorday Paunshi Govt. Home. Let the report, as filed, be kept on record.

Since during pendency of the present application, the victim girl has been recovered, no further interference is called for in the present habeas corpus petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.
