1. Learned advocate representing the bank submits that a sum of Rs. 21,660/- which has been found to be involved with the fraudulent transaction in the account of the petitioner has been kept in lien by the bank.

2. The learned advocate for the banks submits that rest amount in the petitioner's account can be utilized by the petitioner. The account is operational.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition stands disposed of.

4. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
