1. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated on the basis of the statement of the co-accused.

2. The learned Counsel for the State has produced the case diary and submitted that there are incriminating materials available against the present petitioners. It is submitted that Sagar Mondal in association with other co-accused persons are involved in terrorizing the villagers and they used to hide bombs and guns to commit various illegal acts.

3. Considering the materials available in the case diary and prima facie there are materials suggesting their involvement in the illegal trading of explosives and manufacturing bombs and dealing with arms, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
