Mr. Bhaskar Chandra Manna ................for the petitioner This is an application for expeditious hearing of Title Suit No.22 of 2014, which has been subsequently renumbered as T.S. No.730 of 2015 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bongaon, North 24 Parganas.

Since the suit is pending from the year 2014, this Court is of the considered view that interests of justice would be sub-served if a direction is passed to dispose of the suit expeditiously.

Accordingly, C.O. 3237 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bongaon, North 24 Parganas to dispose of the Title Suit No.22 of 2014, which has been subsequently renumbered as T.S. No.730 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

No costs.
