Liberty is given to the petitioner to correct the cause title.

Having considered the submission of learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, proposing to ensure expeditious disposal of an application for local inspection, filed on 12th February, 2020, leaned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Barasat in Title Suit No. 434 of 2019 is requested to ensure expeditious disposal of application for local inspection under Order 39 Rule 7 of the CPC referred hereabove, providing sufficient opportunity of hearing to either of the parties to this case, but without granting unnecessary adjournment, unless it is extremely unavoidable, preferably before the end of December 2023.

This would not, however, prevent the Court below to pre-pone the date for hearing of local inspection petition upon notice to the other side. Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the

learned advocate appearing in the court below for the opposite parties and the opposite parties.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
