Sri Benimadhav Saha Mr. Supratic Roy ...for the Petitioner Mr. Supratic Roy, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present revisional application has been preferred against the order dated 11.05.2018 passed in connection with Title Suit No. 90/2016 which was pending before the 1st Additional District Judge, Alipore, South 24 Parganas. Thereafter, by a judgment dated 12.10.2018, the said suit has been finally decided and it got dismissed. In such view of the matter, the present application has become infructuous.

In view of the above, CO 3751/2018 is dismissed being infructuous. A copy of the judgment dated 12.10.2018 is taken on record.
