Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. By this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 21st June, 2022, passed by the Adjudicating Authority under the CGST Act. On the ground of availability of alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition and accordingly, this writ petition being WPA 22594 of 2022 is dismissed.

All points raised in this writ petition will remain open before the Appellate Authority concerned. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J. )
