Mr. Shaunak Ghosh Mr. Sourav Mondal ................for the petitioners This is an application for expeditious hearing of an application under Order 1 Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure filed by the petitioners herein and another application under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code filed by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the aforesaid applications are pending for quite sometime.

Therefore, this Court requests the learned Civil Judge, (Junior Division), 5th Court at Alipore to dispose of the aforesaid applications one under Order 1 Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure and another application under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code, if the same are otherwise ready for hearing, as expeditiously as possible but preferably within a period of three months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

No costs.
