The present writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent Company for payment of PF dues amounting to Rs.2,46,738.25 only along with interest.

It appears that the petitioner's dues have not yet paid by the respondent Company till date. 4.

During pendency of the writ application the exemption of the Company has been cancelled.

On hearing the learned counsels appearing before this court, it is directed that the respondent Company shall consider the grievances of the petitioner as raised in this writ application within 30 days from the date of communication of this order. 6.

It is submitted by the learned counsels for the respondent Company that the exemption has been

withdrawn in the year 2023. It is thus submitted that the claim has to be made before the PF authority.

On hearing the parties, the writ application is disposed of with direction that the respondent Company shall consider the prayer of the petitioner as made in this writ application within 30 days from the date of communication of this order, on hearing the petitioner and in case, the claim of the petitioner is to be made before the PF authorities, the respondent Company shall direct him to do so. 8.

The writ application stands disposed of.

All parties to act on the basis of server copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent Xerox certified copies of this order, if applied for, shall be supplied to the learned counsel for the parties as expeditiously as possible, in compliance of usual formalities.
