1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. Considering the materials available in the case diary and the nature and extent of complicity of the petitioners in the commission of the alleged offence and more particularly, the statement of the daughter of the victim, who amongst others have directly implicated the petitioners and she appears to be an eyewitness to the incident, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

4. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
