Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that save and except the present petitioner, all the other accused persons have been released on bail and the petitioner is in custody for 1 year 3 months. As such, petitioner may be released on bail on any stringent condition.

Learned advocate appearing for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail and submits that huge amount of brown sugar has been recovered and the motorcycle of the petitioner was used in connection with the instant case/offence. It has also been pointed out that the next date is fixed for consideration of charges.

As such, at this stage, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Petitioner shall renew his prayer for bail after the stage of consideration of charges is over.

The application for bail, being CRM (NDPS) 1176 of 2025, is, thus, dismissed.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
