Mr. Krishnendu Bera ....for the petitioners Mr. Nilotpal Chatterjee Mr. Satyati Banerjee ..for the University Mr. Nilotpal Chatterjee, learned advocate appearing for the University submits that the order dated May 11, 2023 has been complied with. The petitioners have been treated to be promoted to the post of Senior Assistant as on May 01, 2006 and their pay scales have also been fixed accordingly. Mr. Chatterjee has produced the relevant documents showing compliance of the said order.

Mr. Bera, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that no break up of the arrear salary has been provided by the university.

The University shall provide the break up of the arrear salary to the petitioners within a period of seven days from the date of communication of this order. Accordingly, CPAN 1256 of 2023 is disposed of. (Kausik Chanda, J.)
