Previously also petitioner was not represented before this Court when the matter was called on 4th October, 2024 and 5th October, 2024.

However, the School authority and Central Board of Secondary Education are represented by learned advocates.

It appears that petitioner has lost interest. On the contrary it has been submitted on behalf of Narayana School, Bally District Hooghly being respondent No. 4 that the dispute has been settled between the petitioner and the school authority. In support of the same copy of Minutes of the meeting dated 25th September, 2024 is placed before this Court and the same is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid submission this writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on completion of usual formalities.
