This is a matter relating to claim for arrear pension.

I direct the Director of Pension Provident Fund and Group Insurance to look into the matter and to pay the arrear pension from the date of retirement of the petitioner but without any interest as the petitioner is agreeable for not claiming any interest. The consideration is to be made by six weeks from the date of communication of this order by the Director of Pension Provident Fund and Group Insurance.

With this observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
