1. The instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia, praying for a direction upon the West Bengal Cooperative Election Commission to take steps for holding election for the purpose of re-constitution of the Board of Directors of the Palashdanga Samabay Krishi Unanyan Samaity Ltd.

2. Mr.

Nayek, learned advocate representing the respondent No. 3 would submit that in compliance of due process, the election process has already been completed and the Board of Directors has already been elected. He would further submit that the office bearers of the aforesaid Palashdanga Samabay Krishi Unanyan Samaity Ltd. have already been elected and the entire election process has already been completed.

3. Having regard to the submissions made in Court and noting that the instant petition was filed for

ensuring reconstitution of the Board, I am of the view, nothing survives in the present writ petition.

4. The same is accordingly disposed of without any further order.
