Mr. Banerjee, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the order which is under challenge in this application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has subsequently been vacated by an order No.36 dated October 5, 2023.

In view thereof, he submits that his client has instructed him not to press this application. In view thereof, CO 3242 of 2023 stands dismissed as not pressed.

The order No.36 dated October 5, 2023 passed in Execution 60 of 2021 as well as the written instruction are taken on record.
