By this writ petition, the petitioner sought for a direction upon the concerned respondent to publish the third list of result of the examination held to fill up the post of Assistant Teacher in primary school. The selection process was initiated in the year 2002.

I am of the view that with the passage of time, this writ petition has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. All connected applications, if any, are also dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
