On instruction from the Investigating Officer, Mr. Saswata Gopal Mukherjee, learned Public Prosecutor submits that the charge-sheet would be filed shortly. Mr. Mukherjee also submitted that during the pendency of this application, the opposite party has been identified in T.I. Parade. However, in all fairness, it is submitted that the opposite party has cooperated with the investigation.

In view of the aforesaid, we do not find any reason to cancel the bail. The opposite party shall comply with the conditions enumerated in Section 437(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure in addition to any other conditions that may have been imposed by the Trial Court.

With the aforesaid observations, the application for cancellation of bail, being CRM No.10262 of 2019, is disposed of.
