1. We have heard the learned advocates for either of the parties.

2. We are of the clear view that the present attempt of the writ petitioner is not only belated as the construction in question was put up way back in the year 2013. That apart the petitioner seeks for very sweeping reliefs which cannot be granted in the writ petition.

3. However, this will not preclude the petitioner from pursuing his representation before the concerned authorities.

4. With the above observation, the writ petition is dismissed.
