It appears from the report that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner on August 11, 2025, Baruipur Police Station Case No. 1551 of 2025 was registered on the same date. Upon completion of investigation "Final report false" has been submitted on October 26, 2025.

On prayer of the petitioner liberty is granted to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate to file Naraji application against such final report.

In the event such application is filed, the learned Magistrate shall deal with the same in accordance with law before proceeding with the case any further. In the meantime, the police authority shall keep strict vigil in the area in order to avoid any untoward incident in view of the strained relationship between the parties. The police shall ensure maintenance of peace and tranquility in the area.

No fruitful purpose shall be served by keeping this writ petition pending. Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
