At the time of call learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not willing to proceed with the writ petition and in support of the same letter dated 8th September, 2023 which the learned advocate has received from the petitioner is placed before this Court and the same is taken on record.

However, no one is representing the respondents.

In view of the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner the writ petition stands dismissed on the ground of non-prosecution.

Interim order, if any stands vacated.
