The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application upon Ms. Debjani Sahu, Learned Advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State. Her appearance may be regularised by the concerned authority. In view of the pendency for a considerable period of time, I direct the ld. Special Court to take steps so that within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order, the application for DNA test be considered in accordance with law.

With the above observations, CRR 3538 of 2023 is disposed of.
