It appears that the prime grievance of the petitioner that appropriate section was not added to the array of charges has been redressed.

The Investigating Agency has prayed for addition of Section 307 of the Penal Code before the learned Magistrate and the same has been allowed.

Therefore, no further orders need to be passed in this regard.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of without any further order.

It is clarified that the merits of the case has not been gone into.

Urgent certified copy of this order may be given to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
