1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. This is a third application for anticipatory bail by the selfsame petitioner. We shall not go into the merit of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner as the petitioner has not abided by our observation given in paragraph 5 of the order dated 09.08.2023 in CRM(A) 2915 of 2023.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected and the liberty given to the petitioner in the order dated 09.08.2023 to appear before the competent court is vacated.
