1. The petitioner's prayer seeking notional incremental benefit is pending consideration.

2. Without entering into the merit of the claim of the petitioner, the instant writ petition stands disposed of by directing the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), North 24 Parganas to consider and dispose of the said representation in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

3. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner.

4. If the prayer of the petitioner is allowed, then necessary consequential steps for releasing the

additional financial benefit shall be taken immediately thereafter.

5. Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the subject representation along with all supporting documents to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
