Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. There are materials implicating the petitioner in the murder of two individuals. Trial is in progress. Eight witnesses have already been examined.

Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Trial court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date preferably within two years from the next date fixed for recording evidence without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 6.

Parties shall communicate this order to the trial court for due compliance.
