Learned counsel for the applicant submits that during pendency of the matter, a talk of settlement started between the private parties. The applicant has given an offer that in the event the applications filed by him are withdrawn including the contempt applications, the respondent authorities may restore the petitioner's membership in respect of four permits, for the present. The issue of two other permits will be considered afterwards.

Learned senior counsel representing the respondent authorities/alleged contemnor submits that his client has

accepted the proposal made by the applicant. He is willing to restore the membership in respect of the four permits immediately upon disposal of the applications and subject to clearing of the membership dues. In view of the settlement arrived at between the private parties and considering the submissions advanced on behalf of the applicant and the respondent/alleged contemnor, the contempt applications being CPAN 1644 of 2023, CPAN 1258 of 2023 and CPAN 1453 of 2023 are disposed of without any further order, even as to costs.
