The petitioner is a primary school teacher. She seeks inter district transfer.

On a perusal to the documents annexed to the writ petition, it appears that there is no prayer made before the West Bengal Board of Primary Education for transfer.

It will be open for the petitioner to apply before the Board seeking transfer. In the event such a representation is made, the same shall be considered by the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
