This is an application for a direction upon the Trial Court for expeditious disposal of GR Case No. 5019/2012 arising out of Jagaddal Police Station FIR No. 801/2012 dated 30th November, 2012 under Sections 498A/323 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that Police submitted charge-sheet in the above-mentioned case on 27th January, 2013. On 23rd November, 2015 the Trial Court framed charge against the accused persons under Sections 498A/323 of the Indian Penal Code. During the span of seven years, the Trial Court could only examine two witnesses out of seven charge-sheeted witnesses.

Under such circumstances, the learned Magistrate is directed to examine the remaining witnesses within four months from the date of this order and come to logical conclusion of the case within one month thereafter.

The instant revision is, thus, disposed of.

The petitioner is at liberty to act on the server copy of the order.
