Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

The application of the petitioner seeking general transfer on distance ground filed before the school is pending consideration.

Without entering into the merit of the said application, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the school to consider the application for transfer made by the petitioner and if the school does not have any objection to the same, to forward the same to the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Dakshin Dinajpur for taking necessary consequential steps in the matter.

The school is directed to take steps in the matter at the earliest but positively within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

5.

The fate of the application for transfer shall be communicated to the petitioner.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

7.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
