Police filed charge sheet invoking the provisions of inter alia Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code as against the petitioner.

There is a statement in the case diary recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the victim claiming that she was abducted and that the petitioner assisted in the abduction.

In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 4768 of 2022 is dismissed.
